2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Profiles and user content
You retain ownership of the information, CV content, images, and portfolio materials you submit. You grant Intro.bd a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the right to publish everything you upload.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive activity. Do not impersonate others, upload harmful code, scrape the platform without permission, bypass access controls, or interfere with service operation.
5. Public sharing and privacy
Public profiles and CVs can be viewed and shared by anyone with access to their links. Private and password-protected options reduce visibility but cannot guarantee that an authorized viewer will not copy information. Review your content before publishing it.
6. Plans, payments, and invoices
Paid features are provided according to the selected plan, subscription fee, access duration, and limits shown during purchase. Payment must match the displayed amount and may require automatic or administrator verification. Access begins only after approval. Applicable refund or cancellation terms shown during purchase or agreed through support will apply, without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Intro.bd available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features, templates, limits, and integrations may change as the service develops. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, or harms the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, billing, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
9. Disclaimers
Intro.bd provides tools for presenting professional information. We do not guarantee employment, client engagement, search ranking, income, or any specific outcome. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy and suitability of generated profiles, CVs, and PDF files.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intro.bd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, operational, or legal changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
